What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for custom prints is 10 pieces. For ready-made designs in our shop, there is no minimum — you can order as little as 1 piece. For bulk corporate orders above 50 pieces, we offer better pricing. WhatsApp us for a quote.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production takes 3–5 working days from the time we confirm your artwork. Delivery within Klang Valley is 1–2 days; nationwide delivery (East Malaysia included) takes 2–4 days. Rush orders can be arranged for urgent deadlines — WhatsApp us to check availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, HLB, Public Bank, AmBank, Bank Islam, BSN and more). For custom orders, we also accept bank transfer and Touch ‘n Go eWallet. A 50% deposit is usually required for custom bulk orders.
Can I send my own design to print?
Yes! Send us a Whatsapp message and upload your artwork. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and PSD files. For best print quality, submit files at 300 DPI or higher. We will send a digital mockup for your approval before printing begins.
What fabric do you use?
Our standard t-shirts are made from 200gsm premium cotton, which is soft, breathable, and perfect for Malaysia’s climate. We also offer Dri-Fit / microfibre for sports and events, polo tees, long sleeves, and hoodies. Let us know your needs and we’ll recommend the best option.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
For ready-made stock items with manufacturing defects, we offer free replacement within 7 days. Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless there’s a print defect on our end (e.g. wrong design, wrong size as per your order). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any issue.
How do I know what size to order?
Check our Size Chart (accessible from the Info menu or on any product card). Our sizes follow standard Malaysia / Asia sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? WhatsApp us with your measurements and we’ll recommend the right size.
Do you deliver to East Malaysia?
Yes, we deliver throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery to East Malaysia typically takes 3–4 working days and shipping fees vary by location. Exact shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Can I get a corporate quote for uniforms?
Absolutely. For corporate / bulk orders above 50 pieces, we offer tiered pricing and can handle embroidery, screen printing, or DTG (direct-to-garment) depending on your design. WhatsApp us with your logo and quantity for a detailed quote within 2 working hours.
